摘  要:研究了对不同牌号裂解炭黑对胶料加工性能、物理机械性能及动态力学性能等的影响,结果表明,使用NM360胶料的加工性能较优,X990胶料的加工性能较差,X990胶料的硫化速度较快,NM360胶料的硫化速度较慢,NM360胶料的硬度最低;使用NM360胶料的Payne效应较小,其填料的分散效果最好;使用J440-0.25胶料的抗湿滑性能最好;使用NM360-0.5胶料的滚动阻力性能最好;玻璃化转变温度均较低,适用于冬季胎;裂解炭黑有一定的成本优势。The effects of different grades of cracked carbon black on the processing performance,physical and mechanical properties,and dynamic mechanical properties of rubber materials were studied.The results showed that the processing performance of NM360 rubber material was better than that of X990,and X990 rubber material was worse.X990 rubber material had a faster vulcanization rate,while NM360 rubber material had a slower vulcanization rate and the lowest hardness.The Payne effect observed with NM360 adhesive was relatively minimal,highlighting its excellent filler dispersion capability.Farthemore,the J440-0.25 adhesive formulation yielded optimal antislip perfomance;while the NM360-0.5 adhesive demonstrated the best rolling resistance charaterics.The relatively low glass transition femperature of NM360-0.5 adhesive material rendered it suitable for winter tire application.Additionaly the use of cracked carbon black presented a notable cost advantage.
