摘  要:研究了新型防护蜡NEGOZONE 9381在胎侧胶中的应用,并与市售的普通防护蜡和竞争产品在结构和性能方面进行了对比。结果表明,三种防护蜡对混炼胶的硫化特性和硫化胶的物理机械性能影响较小,防护蜡NEGOZONE 9381的碳数分布对称性较好,晶粒大小均匀,结晶细密,能够在硫化胶表面形成致密均匀、厚薄适中的蜡膜,有着极佳的防护臭氧老化能力,并且改善了胶料表面的喷霜现象。A new type of protective wax(NEGOZONE 9381)was used in sidewall compounds,and its structure and application properties were compared with a commercially available protective waxes and a competitive product.The results showed that these three types of protective waxes had less influence on the curing characteristics and the physio-mechanical properties.The protective wax NEGOZONE 9381 had excellent symmetry in carbon number distribution,and had uniform and fine crystallization,which resulted in a dense,uniform and moderately thick wax film occurred on the surface of the vulcanized rubber.This dense wax film had excellent protection against ozone aging,and decreased the blooming to the surface of the rubber.
