新质生产力驱动银发经济高质量发展的逻辑与路径

摘　　要：发展银发经济是应对人口老龄化挑战和推动经济高质量发展的重要举措。新质生产力赋能为银发经济高质量发展提供了强劲动力,具体表现为科技创新为银发经济高质量发展提供革新动力、要素创新性配置为银发经济高质量发展形成重要保障、新产业为银发经济高质量发展强化产业支撑。然而,在新质生产力驱动银发经济高质量发展的进程中,目前尚面临着供给与需求不匹配、技术创新乏力、要素配置不完善、产业发展滞后等问题的挑战。为此,可从利用创新驱动稳定供给与需求、强化技术创新能力、优化要素创新性配置、培育潜力产业与产业升级等路径着手,提升新质生产力赋能银发经济发展的成效。The development of the silver economy is a crucial measure to address the challenges of population aging and promote high-quality economic growth.The empowerment of new quality productive forces provides strong momentum for the high-quality development of the silver economy,specifically manifested in the following ways:technological innovation offers revolutionary impetus,innovative allocation of production factors provides important safeguards,and emerging industries strengthen industrial support.However,in the process of driving the high-quality development of the silver economy through new quality productive forces,challenges were found including mismatched supply and demand,insufficient technological innovation,imperfect factor allocation,and sluggish industrial growth.To address these issues,measures such as leveraging innovation to stabilize supply and demand,enhancing technological innovation capabilities,optimizing the innovative allocation of production factors,and fostering potential industries and industrial upgrading can be adopted to improve the effectiveness of new quality productive forces in empowering the development of the silver economy.
