基于CiteSpace中国老年数字鸿沟的可视化分析

摘　　要：为更加客观地掌握我国老年数字鸿沟的研究重点及趋势,现选取CNKI数据库中2015—2023年研究老年数字鸿沟的114篇核心文献作为样本,利用CiteSpace软件分别从“研究阶段”“作者合作关系”“发文机构”“关键词”“研究前沿和趋势”五个维度对老年数字鸿沟问题进行可视化分析。得出如下结论:我国老年数字鸿沟领域的发文量总体呈上升趋势,研究由发轫阶段转变为活跃阶段;研究人员之间的合作呈现出“小群集”的特点;发文机构广,高产机构少,机构间合作不紧密;关键词出现频次最多的是“数字鸿沟”“老年人”“老年群体”,其次为“数字包容”“数字反哺”“数字融入”;未来将注重研究无障碍网络环境的建设,探究数字鸿沟对老年群体心理健康产生的影响,讨论提高老年人数字能力的有效措施,使老年人尽快融入数字社会。For the proper understanding regarding the research priorities and trends of the digital divide among the elderly in China,this study selected 114 core literature on the elderly digital divide from the CNKI database spanning from 2015 to 2023 as samples.Using CiteSpace software,a visualization analysis of the elderly digital divide was conducted at five dimensions.“research stage,”“author cooperation,”“publishing institutions,”“keywords,”and“research frontiers and trends.”Conclusions were drawn as follows:The number of publications in the sphere of elderly digital divide in China is rising,revealing that related researches has shifted from the initial stage to an active phase.Cooperation among researchers exhibits the characteristic of“small clusters.”Numerous publishing institutions are identified,but only a few of them are highly productive,implying insufficient inter-institution cooperation.The hot words include“digital divide,”“elderly people,”and“elderly groups,”followed by“digital inclusion,”“digital feedback,”and“digital integration.”Future researches are likely to focus on studying the construction of an accessible network environment,exploring the impact of the digital divide on the mental health of elderly groups,discussing effective measures to improve the digital competence of the elderly,and enabling them to integrate into the digital society as soon as possible.
