数智技术赋能体育个性化学习:内涵、机制、困囿与进路

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,探讨数智技术赋能体育个性化学习的学理内涵、作用机制、现实困囿与实践进路。研究认为,数智技术赋能体育个性化学习的作用机制表现为“一个中心、三个导向”,即“以学习者为中心”,“目标—行为—结果”的三重导向。数智技术赋能体育个性化学习面临着“技术化”的思维模式,重工具理性的中心偏向;“程序化”的目标锁定,标签式设计的方向偏移;“控制化”的服务供给,隐藏式依赖的路径偏离;“片面化”的体育评价,机器式产出的结果偏误等现实困囿。据此提出相应的实践进路:突出技术的“赋能”作用,回归“以体育人”的价值理性;健全复合型人才培养机制,优化体育数智技术的研发流程;强调自主建构体育学习模型,实现人与技术的“和谐共生”;深挖体育个性化学习内隐元素,坚守数智的伦理道德底线。By using the methods of literature and logic analysis,this paper probes into the theoretical connotation,mechanism of action,realistic difficulties and practical approaches of numerical intelligence technology enabling sports personalized learning.The research holds that the action mechanism of digital intelligence technology to enable sports personalized learning is“one center,three directions”,that is,learner-centered,“goal-behavior-result”triple direction.At present,the personalized learning of sports enabled by digital intelligence technology is faced with the thinking mode of“technicalization”and the central tendency of emphasizing instrumental rationality;“Programmed”target locking,label design direction shift;“Controlled”service supply,hidden dependence path deviation;The“one-sided”sports evaluation,the result of machine-type output bias and other realistic difficulties.Accordingly,the corresponding practical approach is put forward:highlighting the“enabling”function of technology and returning to the value rationality of“sports people”;Perfect the training mechanism of compound talents,optimize the research and development process of sports data intelligence technology;It emphasizes the independent construction of sports learning model to realize the“harmonious symbiosis”between human and technology;Dig deep the implicit elements of sports personalized learning and stick to the ethical and moral bottom line of number intelligence.
