摘　　要：家校社协同赋能青少年体育活动促进,对推动青少年全面发展和提升国家体育实力发挥着非常积极的重要作用。责权利相统一原则为家校社协同提供了新思路。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对责权利视域下家校社协同赋能青少年体育活动促进的理论依据、关系表征、现实问题和治理路径进行深入探讨。研究发现:在现代管理学的责权利视域下,家校社协同赋能青少年体育活动促进被视为一个责任共同体、权力共同体和利益共同体的社会实践。这三个共同体相互交织、相互支撑,共同构成了家校社协同赋能的基础、方式和核心。然而,现实中存在责任失衡、权力失位、利益冲突等问题,这些问题成为阻碍家校社协同赋能质效提升的关键因素。为了解决这些问题,提出了加强责任意识、科学配置权限、合理分配利益的治理路径,旨在推动青少年体育活动促进计划的实施、全面提升青少年的身心健康水平,为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人奠定更为坚实的基础。The collaborative empowerment of youth sports activities by families,schools,and communities plays a very positive and important role in promoting the comprehensive development of young people and enhancing the national sports strength.The principle of the unity of responsibilities,rights,and interests provides a new approach for collaboration between families,schools,and communities.This article uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to explore in depth the theoretical basis,relationship representation,practical problems,and governance paths of promoting youth sports activities through family school community collaboration from the perspective of responsibility and rights.Research has found that in the perspective of responsibility and rights in modern management,the collaborative empowerment of youth sports activities by families,schools,and communities is seen as a social practice of responsibility,power,and interest communities.These three communities are intertwined and mutually supportive,together forming the foundation,methods,and core of home school community collaborative empowerment.However,in reality,there are issues such as imbalanced responsibilities,loss of power,and conflicts of interest,which have become key factors hindering the improvement of the quality and efficiency of family school community collaboration and empowerment.In order to address these issues,a governance path has been proposed that strengthens the sense of responsibility,scientifically allocates authority,and reasonably distributes benefits,aiming to promote the implementation of the Youth Sports Activity Promotion Plan,comprehensively improve the physical and mental health of young people,and lay a more solid foundation for cultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.
