乡村振兴下体育助力宜居宜业和美乡村发展:动力、逻辑与路径

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,立足乡村振兴背景,深度剖析体育助力宜居宜业和美乡村发展的动力机制、逻辑框架及纾解之策。研究发现:动力机制包括驱动力机制,供需两端内生-外在动力机制和底层与顶层推-拉动力机制;状态表现机制,乡村体育治理方式-体育经营模式-体育消费行为;主体响应机制,消费者-体育企业-地方政府协同响应机制助力。构建绿色发展,对标双修;价值引领,文化繁荣;高效输出,对口回流;横向联合,纵向推进;三治融合,多元共建的逻辑框架。在此基础上提出:织牢全民健身组织网络,打造全民健身新空间;健全现代化体育公共服务体系,培育宜居生活空间;加强农村精神文明建设,培育和谐社会空间;促进体育产业深度融合发展,培育宜业生产空间;加强乡村复合型体育人才队伍建设,打造人才发展新空间;大力发展乡村绿色生态体育,培育生态宜居空间的发展路径。Using literature,logical analysis and other research methods,based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper deeply analyzes the driving mechanism,logical framework and relief measures of sports to help livable and viable industries and rural development in the United States.The results show that the driving force mechanism includes the driving force mechanism,the endogenous and extrinsic driving force mechanism at both ends of supply and demand,and the bottom and top push-pull driving force mechanism;State performance mechanism,rural sports governance mode-sports management mode-sports consumption behavior;Subject response mechanism,consumer-sports enterprise-local government collaborative response mechanism to help build green development,standard double repair;Value leading,cultural prosperity;High efficiency output,reverse flow;Horizontal combination,vertical promotion;Three governance integration,multiple co-construction of the logical framework.On this basis,it is proposed that:weave the national fitness organization network firmly,create a new space for national fitness;Improve the modern sports public service system and cultivate livable living space;Strengthen the construction of rural spiritual civilization and cultivate harmonious social space;Promote the in-depth integrated development of sports industry and cultivate suitable production space;Strengthen the construction of rural compound sports talent team and create a new space for talent development;Vigorously develop rural green ecological sports,and cultivate the development path of ecological livable space.
