摘　　要：传统武术作为中国民族文化的重要组成部分,在现代化进程中面临着传承与发展的挑战。尽管学术界对此议题的研究成果丰富,但理论共识尚未形成,深化讨论显得尤为必要。通过文献资料、逻辑分析和专家访谈等研究方法,探讨了传统武术在历史演变、地域差异、时代发展和环境变化中的适应性发展。研究得出,传统武术的传承与发展是一个动态适应变化的过程,涉及对历史、地域、时代和环境的适应。并借鉴安东尼·吉登斯的结构化理论和廖玲的社会心理学理论,分析了拳师个体在武术动作创编中的差异性,指出传统武术的发展应根据社会发展和个体需求而有所侧重的选择,以实现其在现代社会中的有效传承。旨在为传统武术的适时再“应变”提供理论支持和实践指导,适应现代社会的变化。As an important part of Chinese national culture,traditional Wushu is facing the challenge of inheritance and development in the process of modernization.Although the academic community has rich research results on this issue,the theoretical consensus has not yet been formed,and it is particularly necessary to deepen the discussion.Through the methods of literature,logical analysis and expert interview,this paper discusses the adaptive development of traditional Wushu in historical evolution,regional differences,era development and environmental changes.The research emphasizes that the inheritance and development of traditional Wushu is a process of dynamic adaptation to changes,involving adaptation to history,region,era and environment.Based on Anthony Giddens’s structural theory and Liao Ling’s social psychology theory,this paper analyzes the differences of individual boxers in the creation of martial arts movements,and points out that the development of traditional martial arts should be based on social development and individual needs.Selective focus,in order to achieve its effective inheritance in modern society.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the timely“strain”of traditional martial arts,and to emphasize that in contemporary society,to adapt to the changes of modern society.
