摘 要:在铝电解过程中阳极气体的生成和释放对电解槽的稳定性具有重要影响,阳极气泡行为是铝电解领域热点问题之一。采用高温电解模型模拟真实铝电解过程,通过采集槽电压并结合频谱分析法,对多块阳极结构上的气泡析出行为进行研究。结果表明:与单块阳极结构相比,多块阳极结构上槽电压波动更加显著,当电流密度为0.6 A·cm^(-2)时,多块阳极结构上电压波动幅度达到42 mV,而单块阳极上槽电压波动幅度只有23 mV,气泡释放频率向更低区域内移动,推测可能是阳极之间的电场和流场相互作用影响了气泡生成、长大及释放机制。此外,随着电流密度的增加,多阳极结构上槽电压波动频率也随之增加,该结果进一步证实了在电流密度提高的条件下,气泡的释放频率会相应增加。In the process of aluminum electrolysis,the generation and release of anodic bubbles have a significant impact on the stability of the electrolytic cell.The anodic bubbles is a hot topic in the field of aluminum electrolysis.This study investigated the effect of the bubble on the multiple anodic structure using a high-temperature electrolysis model.The cell voltage data was processed by spectral analysis methods.The results indicate that the voltage fluctuations on a multi-anode are more pronounced compared to those on a single anode.When the current density is 0.6 A·cm^(-2),the voltage fluctuation amplitude reaches 42 mV for the multi-anode while it is only 23 mV for the single anode,and the frequency of bubble release is higher compared to a single anode.This may be due to the interaction of electric and flow fields between anodes,which affects the mechanisms of bubble generation,growth,and release.Furthermore,as the current density increases,the frequency of voltage fluctuations in the multi-anode structure also increases,further confirming that under conditions of increased current density,the frequency of bubble release correspondingly increases.
