摘 要:为探究氧化铜矿物硫化焙烧-浮选回收的可行性,以氧化铜矿物为研究对象、黄铁矿作为硫化剂,采用硫化焙烧-浮选实验研究焙烧温度、黄铁矿用量、焙烧保温时间对人造硫化铜矿浮选行为的影响。结果表明,在焙烧温度为500℃、氧化铜与黄铁矿的质量比为1∶1.4、焙烧保温时间为0.5 h时,通过浮选实验可获得铜品位和回收率分别为39.63%和93.68%的铜精矿。XRD结果表明,焙烧产物中铜主要以CuFeS_(2)、Cu_(5)FeS_(4)和Cu_(2)S的形式存在。接触角测量、红外光谱分析、吸附量测试等分析表明,异丁基黄药通过化学作用吸附在人造硫化铜表面,使其疏水性得到显著增加。To research the feasibility of sulfidation roasting-flotation recovery of oxide copper minerals,the effects of roasting temperature,dosage of pyrite and roasting holding time on the flotation behavior of artificial copper sulfide were studied by using copper oxide minerals as the research object and pyrite as the sulfidation reagent.The results indicated that when the roasting temperature was 500℃,the mass ratio of copper oxide to pyrite was 1∶1.4,and the holding time was 0.5 h,a copper concentrate with a copper grade of 39.63%and a recovery of 93.68%could be obtained by flotation experiments.The XRD results showed that the copper in the roasting products mainly existed in the form of CuFeS_(2),Cu_(5)FeS_(4) and Cu_(2)S.The analysis of contact angle measurement,infrared spectrum analysis and adsorption tests revealed that isobutyl xanthate was absorbed on the surface of artificial copper sulfide by chemical action,which made its hydrophobicity increase significantly.
