摘　　要：研制了一种风力发电机组主齿轮箱用润滑油。通过对基础油,抗氧剂,抗磨剂和消泡剂等添加量的考察,确定了耐候型风电齿轮油由OSP 320或合成酯加PAO做基础油,2.2%的润滑剂,包括:抗微点蚀极压抗磨剂QT-301,硫代磷酸三苯酯,硫磷酸含氮衍生物和磷酸三甲酚酯,1.05%的抗氧剂,包括:N-苯基-α萘胺,二叔丁基对甲酚、辛基二苯胺和位阻酚酯型抗氧剂以及少量助剂组成。研制的耐候型风电齿轮油在黏温、润滑、抗氧化和抗泡沫性能上与市售进口产品相当,耐候性优于进口产品。A lubricant was developed for the main gearbox of wind turbines.Through research on base oils,antioxidants,anti-wear agents,and defoamers,the formulation of weather-resistant wind power gear oil was determined.The oil uses OSP 320 or synthetic esters combined with PAO as the base oil,with 2.2%of lubricant which includes anti-micropitting extreme-pressure anti-wear agent QT-301,triphenyl thiophosphate,nitrogencontaining derivatives of thiophosphates,and tricresyl phosphate,and 1.05%of antioxidants which includes Nphenyl-α-naphthylamine,2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol,octyl diphenylamine,and hindered phenolic ester antioxidants,along with small amounts of auxiliary agents.The developed weather-resistant wind power gear oil is comparable to imported products in terms of its viscosity-temperature,lubricity,antioxidant and anti-foam properties,while offering superior weather resistance compared to imported products.
