摘 要:润滑油中的泡沫控制不良易增加摩擦部件间的磨损,剧烈搅动会增促进泡沫生成。新能源汽车驱动电机转速不断增加,造成润滑油生成泡沫趋势更加严重。选择高速均质机模拟高转速电机工况下的润滑油泡沫生成趋势,并从不同温度、转速、重复次数等多维度评价,对6种商业化电驱动润滑油品的泡沫生成情况进行了研究。研究结果表明:采用高速均质机方法测试泡沫性能,随着测试温度的升高,测试油品的油中泡沫体积增加。由于温度升高,润滑油的黏度会降低,气体在润滑油中的分散性增强,形成更多泡沫,增加整体油品体积。随着测试转速的升高,测试油品的油中泡沫增加。由于转速升高,润滑油中空气卷入增加,形成更多泡沫,增加整体油品体积。随着测试重复性增加,大多数测试油品的油中泡沫体积都有降低趋势。由于经过转速剪切,抗泡剂在润滑油中分散效果更优。研究表明,高转速均质机泡沫测试方法对电驱动润滑油的泡沫特性具有很好的区分性,可以评价不同油品高转速工况下的泡沫特性优劣。Poor foam control in lubricant can lead to increased wear between friction parts,and intense agitation will aggravate the of foam formation.With the increasing rotational speed of electric vehicle drive motors,the trend of foam formation in lubricating oils has become more worsened.A high speed homogenizer was selected to simulate the formation of lubricating oil foam under the condition of high motor speed,and the foam formation of 6 commercial oil products was evaluated from different temperatures,speeds and repetition times.The results show that the foam volume of the test oil increases with the increase of the test temperature.As the temperature increases,the viscosity of the lubricating oil decreases,which enhances the dispersion of gas in the oil,forming more foam and increasing the overall oil volume;the foam volume of the test oil also increases with the increase of speed.This is because the increase in speed leads to more air being entrained in the oil,forming more foam and raising the oil surface volume;the foam volume in most test oils shows a decreasing trend with the increase of test repeatability.Due to the shear at high speeds,the dispersion of anti-foam agent in lubricant is improved.The research shows that the foam test method of high speed homogenizer can distinguish the foam characteristics of electric drive lubricating oil well,and can evaluate the foam characteristics of different oil products under high speed conditions.
