摘  要:近年来,新能源汽车的电驱动系统冷却方式逐渐从水冷发展到油冷。润滑油与电机、齿轮箱等各个部件的各种材料直接接触,同时起到电机冷却散热和齿轮轴承的润滑保护功能。与此同时,业界普遍关注润滑油品与各类材料的兼容适配性。综合介绍了润滑油与材料兼容性试验方法,探究了兼容性试验中的关键水分因素对性能结果的影响。研究发现,含水量严重影响润滑油与绝缘纸的兼容性,为电机绝缘材料与新能源汽车减速箱油兼容性试验方法选择提供思路。In recent years,the cooling methods of electric drive systems in new energy vehicles has gradually evolved from water cooling to oil cooling.Lubricating oil comes into direct contact with various materials of various components such as motors and gearboxes,serving both as a cooling medium for the motor and as a lubricant to protect gears and bearings.At the same time,the industry has placed significant emphasis on the compatibility of lubricants with various materials.The compatibility testing methods of lubricating oil and materials was comprehensively introduced,and the influence of moisture which plays as the key factor on the results in compatibility testing was explored.The study showed that water content significantly affects the compatibility between lubricating oil and insulation paper,providing insights for selecting test methods to evaluate the compatibility of motor insulation materials with gearbox oils used in new energy vehicles.
