摘 要:以烷基羧酸、有机胺为原料,合成了一种烷基酰胺有机摩擦改进剂。采用红外光谱、气相色谱、热重及质谱分析对合成样品进行结构表征,同时采用SRV摩擦磨损试验机和MTM微牵引力测试机,考察了合成样品与对标样品在全配方汽油机油体系中的减摩性能。结果表明,合成的烷基酰胺有机摩擦改进剂具有优异的减摩性能,可改善油品的抗磨减摩性能,达到节能降耗的目的。With alkyl carboxylic acid and organic amine as raw materials,an alkylamide organic friction improver was synthesized.The structure of the synthetic sample was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,gas chromatography,thermogravimetry and mass spectrometry.The anti-friction performance of the synthesized sample and the reference sample in a full-formulation gasoline engine oil system was evaluated using a SRV friction and wear tester and a Mini-Traction Machine.The results indicate that the synthetic alkylamide organic friction improver,which demonstrates excellent anti-wear and friction-reducing properties,enhances the oil's performance and contributes to achieving energy-saving and consumption-reduction objectives.
