摘 要:合成了系列苯并三氮唑离子液体,研究了此类离子液体的物化性质、热稳定性,在SRV摩擦磨损试验机上采用钢/铜摩擦副考察了室温下此类离子液体的摩擦学性能,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对磨斑表面的进行了分析。试验结果显示,苯并三氮唑离子液体与含有相同阴离子的咪唑类离子液体相比,热稳定性略有下降,但减摩抗磨性能更优,推断此类离子液体良好的抗磨性能归因于其对钢和铜腐蚀性较低。A series of ionic liquids(ILs)containing benzotriazolium cations were synthesized.The physicochemical properties,thermal stabilities of these synthesized benzotriazolium ILs were studied.The tribological properties of the synthesized ILs as lubricants for an steel-copper system were evaluated on an SRV friction and wear tester at room temperature.The worn surfaces were analyzed by SEM.It is found that the thermal stability of benzotriazolium ILs is slightly lower compared to imidazolium ILs with the same anion.However,the former exhibits superior friction-reducing and anti-wear properties.It is inferred that the excellent anti-wear performance of this type of ILs is attributed to its lower corrosivity toward steel and copper.
