摘　　要：人才是事业建设和创新创造中最活跃的因素,档案人才是衡量国家档案事业综合实力的重要指标,加快推进中国档案人才体系建设不仅是实现中国档案事业高质量发展的重要路径,更是档案工作应对环境变革和现实挑战的必然选择。面向“十五五”的国家档案事业建设,应聚焦人才强档和档案强国发展目标,进一步重视和加快档案人才体系建设:一是加强档案人才规划,构建人才治理体系,营造良好人才生态环境;二是丰富档案教育层次,扩大档案教育规模,提升档案人才培养质量;三是建强专业人才队伍,创新人才评价机制,激发人才创造创新活力;四是瞄准国家重大战略,合理配置行业人才,培养档案领域一流人才;五是推进政产学研融合,打造新型档案智库,强化档案智力支撑能力。Talent is the most active factor in career building and innovation,and archival talent is an important indicator of the comprehensive strength of the national archival cause.Accelerating the development of China’s archival talent system is not only an important path for realizing the high-quality development of China’s archival cause,but also an inevitable choice for archival work to cope with the environmental changes and practical challenges.Based on the overall situation of Chinese modernization strategy,it is necessary to focus on the development goal of strengthening the archives and archival talent and to further pay attention to and accelerate the development of archival talent system for the development of national archival cause in the 15th Five-Year Plan.First,efforts should be made to strengthen the planning of archival talent,build a talent administration system,and create a good ecology and environment for talents;second,enrich the level of archival education,expand the scale of archival education,and improve the quality of archival personnel training;third,build a strong professional team,innovate the talent evaluation mechanism,and stimulate the vitality of talent’s creativity and innovation;fourth,aim at the major national strategies,rationally allocate the industry’s talent or human resources,and cultivate first-rate talent in the field of archives;and fifth,push forward the integration of the government,industry,academia,and the research field to create a new type of archival think-tank,and strengthen the archives’intellectual support capacity.
