摘　　要：企业档案管理体系是企业管理的重要组成部分,构建符合世界一流标准的档案管理体系成为推动档案数字化转型和实现档案现代化管理的必然选择。文章基于“圈层结构”,围绕企业档案管理实际,设计企业一流档案管理体系框架,将其分为核心业务层、建设要素层和战略目标层,各层之间层次分明、相互支撑,并在此基础上探讨了档案管理体系框架对企业的应用价值,包括服务于全面完善档案管理制度体系、服务于系统调整档案机构设置、服务于全链优化档案管理业务流程、服务于全面推动企业档案管理效能提升。Enterprise archives management system is an important part of enterprise management,and developing archives management system in line with world-class standards has become an inevitable choice to promote the digital transformation of archives and realize modern management of archives.This paper is based on the“circle structure”and focuses on the actual management of enterprise archives.It designs a first-class enterprise archives management system framework,which is divided into core business layer,development element layer,and strategic goal layer.The layers are clearly defined and mutually supportive.On this basis,it further explores the application value of the enterprise archives management system framework,including serving the comprehensive improvement of the archives management standards,serving the adjustment of archival institution settings,serving the optimization of archives management business processes throughout the entire chain,and serving the comprehensive promotion of the efficiency improvement of enterprise archives management.
