数智技术背景下中国档案文献遗产活化:现状、困境和对策分析

摘　　要：数智技术背景下中国档案文献遗产活化对深化国民认同、坚定文化自信、解码中华文明基因具有重要意义。文章利用网络调查法、文献研究法和案例研究法等对中国档案文献遗产活化现状进行归纳总结,并从活化主体、活化内容与形式、活化技术、活化宣传四个维度对初级、中级、高级三种活化类型进行具体分析,发现数智技术背景下中国档案文献遗产活化存在主体协同效应尚未发挥、资源建设尚不完备、技术应用尚不全面和活化宣传尚不到位等现实困境,并在此基础上提出了相应的策略。Under the background of digital intelligence technology,the revitalization of Chinese archival and documentary heritage is of great significance to deepen national identity,strengthen cultural confidence and decode the genes of Chinese civilization.By using the methods of network investigation,literature research and case study,this paper summarizes the current situation of the revitalization of Chinese archival and documentary heritage,and makes a specific analysis of three revitalization types,namely primary,intermediate,advanced,and in four dimensions:revitalization subject,revitalization technology,revitalization content and method,and revitalization publicity.It is found that there are some practical difficulties in the revitalization of Chinese archival and documentary heritage under the background of digital intelligence technology,such as the synergistic effect of the main body has not been brought into play,the application of technology is not yet comprehensive,the development of resources is not yet complete,and the revitalization publicity is not yet in place.
