摘 要:文章针对小粒牧草种子在传统丸粒化包衣中遇到的技术难题,如包衣后相对质量小、包衣层数少携带养分不足、包衣层数多影响种子发芽,开展压片式丸粒化草地早熟禾种子制备工艺研发。这种技术通过特殊的压片工艺,将种子和营养物质压成片状,使得种子在保持其发芽能力的同时实现了丸粒化,在保证养分供给的同时提高了种子的发芽率和田间表现。为进一步验证压片式丸粒化的应用效果,设置4种(F1、F2、F3、F4)压片式丸粒化草地早熟禾种子处理与草地早熟禾裸种对照试验。试验结果表明,压片式丸粒化显著提升了种子的发芽率、发芽指数以及平均苗高,其发芽率对比裸种增长28.1%,平均苗高增长59.4%。压片式丸粒化的种子在发芽率和幼苗生长势方面均表现出了明显的提升(P <0.05),4种处理(F1、F2、F3、F4)中综合性最好的为处理F3和处理F2。In this paper,the technical problems encountered in the traditional pelleting coating of small-grain forage seeds were studied.For example,the relative quality after coating was small,the number of coating layers was small,the nutrients were insufficient,and the number of coating layers affected seed germination.In the face of this technical difficulty,the research and development of the preparation process of pelleted kentucky bluegrass seeds was carried out,and an invention patent was applied.This technology presses seeds and nutrients into flakes through a special tableting process,so that seeds can be pelleted while maintaining their germination ability,ensuring nutrient supply while improving seed germination rate and field performance.In order to further verify the application effect of tablet pelleting,four kinds of(F1,F2,F3,F4)tablet pelleting Poa pratensis seed treatment and Poa pratensis bare seed control test were set up.The results showed that the tablet pelleting significantly improved the germination rate,germination index and average seedling height of the seeds.The germination rate increased by 28.1%and the average seedling height increased by 59.4%compared with the bare seeds.The pelleted seeds showed significant improvement in germination rate and seedling growth potential(P<0.05).Among the four treatments(F1,F2,F3,F4),the best comprehensive treatment was F3 and F2.
