摘 要:随着中小学教师资格考试的不断发展与完善,深入探究当前社会对中小学教师资格考试的认同程度具有重要现实意义。本研究通过半结构化访谈法和心理测量法,编制了各项指标均符合心理测量学标准的中小学教师资格考试认同问卷。该问卷共计38个题目,包括程序规范、法律法规、内容形式、评价体系、趋势展望、社会影响六个维度。使用该问卷对44237名考生及考官施测发现,中小学教师资格考试的社会认同度普遍较高,考官与考生在不同维度上的得分具有显著差异,具体表现为考官得分显著高于考生。研究结果对推动中小学教师资格考试改革、促进我国教育事业高质量发展具有重要作用。With the continuous development and improvement of the National Teacher Certification Examination,it is of significant practical importance to investigate the current social identification level of this examination.In this study,the Identity Questionnaire for the National Teacher Certification Examination was developed through semi-structured interviews and psychometric methods.The indicators of the questionnaire all meet psychometric standards.The questionnaire consists of 38 questions,covering six dimensions:procedural norms,laws and regulations,content forms,evaluation system,trends and prospects,and social impact.Results from administering the questionnaire to 44,237 candidates and examiners showed that the social identification level of the National Teacher Certification Examination was generally high.Significant differences were observed in scores between examiners and candidates across different dimensions,with examiners scoring significantly higher than candidates.The findings hold important implications for promoting reforms of the National Teacher Certification Examination and advancing high-quality educational development in China.
