摘  要:为解决纸盒包装的雪茄烟在条盒包装过程中人工包装速度慢、质量统一性差等问题,设计了一种雪茄烟纸质条盒包装设备。该包装设备主要由纸架、条盒纸输送系统、小盒输送与层叠系统、上胶系统、折叠成型系统以及传动系统等构成。存放于纸架中的条盒纸经条盒纸输送系统逐张取纸后输送至卡位板处;小盒烟包通过小盒输送与层叠系统堆叠成预定状态,与卡位板处的条盒纸接触后一同被送入折叠成型系统中,进而完成条盒纸的涂胶与折叠。以三峡卷烟厂生产的“黄鹤楼(雪之梦10号)”雪茄烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:纸质条盒包装设备运行平稳,包装速度与16名工人的手工包装速度相当,包装过程中小盒烟包破损率和条烟包装不合格率与人工包装方式相比分别降低0.4百分点和2.5百分点。该技术可为提高雪茄烟包装过程的自动化水平提供技术支持。In order to improve the efficiency and quality consistency of the cartoning of cigar packets,a cartoner was designed,it consists mainly of a blank holder,a blank conveying system,a packet conveying and collation system,a gluing system,a folding system,and a drive system.The carton blanks stored in the blank holder are picked up one by one by the blank feeding system and conveyed to a positioning plate from where the carton blank along with the collated cigar packets coming from the packet conveying and collation system are transferred into the folding system,then the carton blank is folded and glued.The designed cartoner was tested on“Yellow Crane Tower(Snow Dream No.10)”brand cigars in Sanxia Cigarette Factory,the results showed that the designed cartoner ran smoothly with the packaging speed comparable to the manual packaging speed of 16 workers.Compared with manual packaging,the breakage rate of cigar packets and the unqualified packaging rate of cartons reduced by 0.4 and 2.5 percentage points,respectively.This technology provides technical support for the promotion of automation in cigar packaging.
