摘 要:采用中医基础理论临床教学案例进行教学是提高中医基础教学质量的有效方式。本文从中医基础理论教学的使命与困局、中医临床案例教学化发展的必要性、中医基础理论临床案例教学现状与不足、建立中医基础理论教学案例共享资源库的意义和构建中医基础理论临床教学案例库的步骤、方式与评价5个方面进行论述,期待能有效构建和利用中医基础理论临床教学案例库,积极促进中医基础理论教学效果的提升。The use of clinical teaching cases of basic theories of traditional chinese medicine is an effective way to improve the quality of basic teaching of traditional chinese medicine.This article discusses the mission and difficulties of teaching basic theories of traditional chinese medicine,the necessity of developing clinical case teaching in traditional Chinese medicine,the current situation and shortcomings of clinical case teaching in basic theories of traditional chinese medicine,the significance of establishing a shared resource library for teaching basic theories of traditional chinese medicine,and steps,methods,and evaluation of building a clinical teaching case library for basic theory of traditional chinese medicine.It is expected to effectively construct and utilize a case library for clinical teaching of basic theories of traditional chinese medicine,and actively promote the improvement of the teaching effectiveness of basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine.
