大学生社团在思想政治教育中的作用研究

摘　　要：大学生社团由于自身所具有的特征和优势,在发挥其思想政治教育作用方面取得了一定的成效,目前已经成为完善和加强大学生思想政治教育的重要载体。尽管大学生社团在发挥思想政治教育作用上作出了有益的探索,但受主观与客观等因素影响仍存在一些现实困境:一是社团思想政治教育意识不显著;二是社团指导老师参与力度弱;三是社团思想政治教育连续性差。为解决这些问题,大学生社团要进行三个方面的路径提升:一是加强社团组织领导,进行精准引领;二是注重社团制度建设,形成规范模式;三是激发社团内生动力,提升作用效能。Because of its own characteristics and advantages,college students’associations have achieved certain results in exerting their role in ideological and political education,and have become an important carrier to improve and strengthen college students’ideological and political education.Although college students’associations have made beneficial exploration in exerting the role of ideological and political education,there are still some practical difficulties affected by subjective and objective factors:First,the ideological and political education awareness of the associations is not significant.Second,the participation of the association instructor is weak.Third,the continuity of ideological and political education in the community is poor.In order to solve these problems,college student associations should improve in three aspects:First,strengthen the leadership of community organizations and carry out accurate guidance.Second,pay attention to the construction of community system and form a normative model.The third is to stimulate the internal power of the community and enhance the effectiveness of the role.
