摘　　要：1 How is the stay duration calculated under the 240-hour visa-free transit policy?The stay duration for foreign nationals eligible for visa-free transit in China has been extended from the previous 72 hours and 144 hours to 240 hours(10 days)The stay duration starts at midnight(00:00)the day after your entry.Travelers can stay within the designated area for up to 10 days.For example,when a foreigne enters Chengdu at 00:00 on October 1,he or she may stay in the administrative regions of 11 cities in Sichuan Province,including Chengdu,Zigong,Luzhou,Deyang,Suining,Neijiang Leshan,Yibin,Yazanz Meishan,and Ziyang,until 24:00 on October 11.
