摘　　要：Notes:Alipay will charge no transaction fee for a single transaction of 200 yuan(USS 27.4)or less when using an overseas bank card.For a transaction exceeding 200 yuan,a 3-percent transaction fee will be charged.Alipay imposes a spending limit of US$2,000 before identity verification;upon completion of verification,the limit in creases to US$5,000 per transaction and US$50,000 per year in total con sumption.
