摘　　要：目的运用中医传承辅助平台探究小儿厌食症脾失健运证的方剂组方配伍规律,并运用网络药理学分析其用药机制,为临床用药提供理论支持。方法从万方、中国知网、维普数据库检索从自建库至2023年12月公开发表的治疗小儿厌食症脾失健运证相关文献共57篇,应用中医传承辅助平台3.5对文献数据库进行统计分析、关联分析,归纳中药治疗小儿厌食症脾失健运证的潜在有效药物组合及用药特点,并根据中药频次、关联规则分析组成新方。基于网络药理学技术,对新方剂开展药效物质基础解析及其关键信号通路调控机制研究,系统筛选活性成分并预测核心作用靶点。结果本研究共搜集了57首药物处方,涵盖了83味中药,出现频次达到或超过10的共有18种。四气以温、平为主,五味以甘、辛为主,归经以脾、胃、肺为主。得到治疗小儿厌食症脾失健运证的2味药的药组为17对,三味药的药组为6对。新方的中药作用靶点共有731个,疾病作用靶点共有1106个,两者共有靶点共有137个。蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用(PPI)分析揭示,STAT3、AKT1、EGFR等蛋白在治疗小儿厌食症脾失健运证可能发挥重要作用。这些蛋白涉及EGFR肌球蛋白激酶抗性、MAPK信号通路等。结论治疗小儿厌食症脾失健运证的新方“陈皮、白术、茯苓、山楂、神曲、鸡内金”可通过AKT1、EGFR、PIK3CA、TNF、STAT1等靶点发挥治疗作用。Objective To explore the compatibility rule of prescription group and prescription for spleen dysfunction syndrome in children with anorexia by using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance assistance platform,and to analyze its medication mechanism by using network pharmacology,so as to provide theoretical support for clinical medication.Methods A total of 57 literatures related on the treatment of spleen dysfunction syndrome in children with anorexia were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Database from the self-built database to the public publication in December 2023.Statistical analysis and association analysis were carried out on the literature database using the TCM inheritance assistance platform 3.5 to summarize the potential effective drug combinations and drug characteristics of Chinese medicine in the treatment of spleen dysfunction syndrome in children with anorexia.According to the frequency of TCM and association rules analysis,a new prescription was formed.Based on network pharmacology,the main active components,signaling pathways and action targets of the new prescription were analyzed.Results This study compiled 57 herbal prescriptions containing 83 distinct Chinese medicinal ingredients,among which 18 herbs demonstrated a frequency of occurrence≥10.The four Qi are mainly warm and flat,the five taste are mainly sweet and pungent,and the meridians is mainly spleen,stomach and lung.Combinatorial analysis identified 17 two-herb pairs and 6 three-herb clusters for treating spleen dysfunction syndrome infantile anorexia.There were 731 Chinese medicine action targets and 1106 disease action targets,and 137 common targets in total.Protein-Protein Interaction(PPI)analysis revealed that STAT3,AKT1,EGFR and other proteins may play an important role in the treatment of spleen dysfunction syndrome in children with anorexia.These proteins are involved in EGFR myosin kinase resistance and MAPK signaling pathways.Conclusion The new prescription of"Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Atractylodis Macrocephal
