摘 要:目的通过比较不同道地产区15批金银花的特征图谱、绿原酸含量、酚酸类含量和木犀草苷含量,为金银花的质量管理提供参考。方法根据《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《中国药典》)2020年版金银花药材的质量标准,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对不同道地产区15批金银花的特征图谱、绿原酸含量、酚酸类含量和木犀草苷含量进行测定,并对测定结果进行比较分析。结果15批不同道地产区金银花的特征图谱均呈现7个特征峰,各特征峰与参照物峰S峰的相对保留时间均在规定值±10%以内,均符合《中国药典》2020年版要求。15批不同道地产区金银花中,绿原酸含量均符合不少于1.5%的限度,酚酸类含量均符合不少于3.8%的限度,木犀草苷含量均符合不少于0.050%的限度。结论不同道地产区金银花的特征图谱、绿原酸含量、酚酸类含量和木犀草苷含量均符合《中国药典》2020年版质量标准要求,但含量有差异,本研究为金银花的质量管理提供了参考。Objective To provide reference for the quality management of Lonicerae japonicae Flos by comparing the characteristic spectrum,content of chlorogenic acid,phenolic acid,and luteoloside in 15 batches of Lonicerae japonicae Flos from different authentic production areas.Methods According to the quality standards of Lonicerae japonicae Flos in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(ChP 2020),the characteristic spectrum,content of chlorogenic acid,phenolic acid,and luteoloside in 15 batches of Lonicerae japonicae Flos from different authentic production areas were determined using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the results were compared and analyzed.Results The characteristic spectrums of the 15 batches of Lonicerae japonicae Flos from different authentic production areas showed 7 characteristic peaks.The relative retention time between each characteristic peak and the S peak was within±10%of the specified value,all of which met the requirements of ChP 2020.The content of chlorogenic acid of 15 batches of Lonicerae japonicae Flos from different authentic production areas met the limit of no less than 1.5%,the content of phenolic acids met the limit of no less than 3.8%,and the content of luteoloside met the limit of no less than 0.050%.Conclusion The characteristic spectrums,chlorogenic acids,phenolic acids,and luteoloside contents of Lonicerae japonicae Flos from different authentic production areas all met the quality standards ChP 2020,but there are differences in content.This study provides a reference for the quality management of Lonicerae japonicae Flos.
