摘　　要：目的通过介绍某院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)静脉泵入药品调配过程中的全质量控制方法,为其他医院调配静脉泵入药品提供参考。方法制定静脉泵入药品的调配操作流程,PIVAS全体人员培训后模拟操作考核,掌握相应的知识和调配方法,确保静脉泵入药品调配时每个步骤均实现双复核。结果通过4年的探索与改进,形成规范的静脉泵入药品调配操作质量控制体系,静脉泵入药品成品输液质量检查总不合格率逐年下降,从2021年的0.0434‰降至2023年的0.0088‰。结论某院静脉泵入药品调配过程中的全质量控制体系不仅能保证药品的调配质量满足临床需要,为临床提供更好的药学服务,还可以为准备开展儿科静脉用药集中调配的PIVAS提供参考。Objective To provide reference for other hospitals by introducing the comprehensive quality control methods applied during the preparation of intravenous pump-administered medications in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service(PIVAS)at a hospital.Methods Standardized operational procedures for preparing intravenous pump-administered medications were established.All PIVAS staff underwent training and simulated operational assessments to master relevant knowledge and preparation techniques,ensuring dual verification at every step of the medication preparation process.Results Through four years of continuous exploration and improvement,a standardized quality control system for intravenous pump medication preparation was developed.The overall non-compliance rate of finished intravenous pump-administered solutions decreased annually,dropping from 0.0434‰in 2021 to 0.0088‰in 2023.Conclusion The implementation of this comprehensive quality control system in PIVAS not only ensures the preparation quality of medications to meet clinical demands and enhances pharmaceutical services but also serves as a valuable reference for other PIVAS facilities planning to initiate centralized pediatric intravenous medication admixture services.
