冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合通心络胶囊治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合通心络胶囊治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选取2022年8月~2024年1月收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、心功能、氨基末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及并发症。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组(96.67%vs.73.33%)(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行距离及舒张早期与末期二尖瓣血流峰值速度比值(E/A)水平均高于对照组;而左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、室间隔厚度(IVSd)、NT-proBNP和CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合通心络胶囊可提升老年慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果,改善心功能,降低并发症的发生率,调节机体的NT-proBNP、CRP水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of lyophiluzed recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with Tongxinluo Capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with CHF admitted from August 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each according to random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received lyophiluzed recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with Tongxinluo Capsule in addition to the conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level,C reactive protein(CRP)level and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs.73.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6 min walking distance and early-to-late diastolic mitral inflow velocity ratio(E/A)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,while the levels of LVEDd,IVSd,NT-proBNP and CRP were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with Tongxinluo Capsule can improve the therapeutic effect in elderly patients with CHF,enhance cardiac function,reduce the incidence of complications,and regulate the levels of NT-proBNP and CRP.
