摘　　要：阐述地市级应急广播平台的建设思路,分析将主平台部署在广电机房内,并将容灾平台部署在政务云的原因。简要介绍地市级应急广播主平台主要组成部分及其容灾平台的设计方案,确保平台实现“战时应急、平时服务”的双重功能。This article explains the construction ideas of the municipal emergency broadcasting platform,analyzes the reasons for deploying the main platform in the radio and television room and the disaster recovery platform in the government cloud,and briefly introduces the main components of the municipal emergency broadcasting main platform and the design of its disaster recovery platform to ensure that the platform can reliably realize the functions of“emergency in wartime and service in peacetime”.
