摘　　要：概述图像识别技术的基本原理和实现过程,详细分析图像识别技术在数字电视视频监测中的应用手段和技术原理,探讨图像识别技术在节目播出合规性监测、广告播出验证及重要事件实时监控等具体应用中的实践效果,旨在为相关领域研究和应用提供有益参考。This paper first summarizes the basic principles and implementation process of image recognition technology,analyzes in detail the application methods and technical principles of image recognition technology in digital television video monitoring,and discusses the practical effect of image recognition technology in specific applications such as program broadcast compliance monitoring,advertising broadcast verification and real-time monitoring of important events,aiming to provide a useful reference for research and application in related fields.
