左金丸及其类方的现代药理研究概况

摘　　要：目的旨在指导临床应用,拓展左金丸类方的配伍思路,为左金丸及其类方的深入研究提供参考。方法综述近些年左金丸及其类方的现代药理研究,从古今研究和现代药理学角度,梳理了左金丸及其类方的主要化学成分和药理学作用。结果左金丸及其类方在抗溃疡、镇痛、抗炎、抗肿瘤、降血压等方面疗效显著。结论根据黄连和吴茱萸的不同配伍比例,其组方有不同的治疗效果,临床应用十分广泛灵活。OBJECTIVE To guide clinical application,expand the compatibility ideas of ZuoJin Pills and its related formulas,and provide reference for in-depth research on ZuoJin Pills and its related formulas.METHODS Review the modern pharmacological research on ZuoJin Pills and its derivatives in recent years,and from the perspectives of ancient and modern research and modern pharmacology,sort out the main chemical components and pharmacological effects of ZuoJin Pills and its derivatives.RESULTS ZuoJin Pills and its derivatives have significant therapeutic effects in anti ulcer,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,and blood pressure lowering.CONCLUSION According to the different compatibility ratios of HuangLian and WuZhuYu,their formulations have different therapeutic effects and are widely and flexibly used in clinical practice.
