摘 要:目的 探究二甲双胍和普伐他汀合用后对血糖和血脂水平的影响及其机制。方法 收集我院2020年1月~2022年12月2型糖尿病和/或高血脂患者病例信息,对单用二甲双胍、单用普伐他汀和两药合用前后血糖和血脂数据统计分析,并在Wistar大鼠体内探究二甲双胍和普伐他汀的药动学相互作用。结果 联合用药后,普伐他汀并未影响二甲双胍的降血糖效果,但血脂指标TC和LDL-C的降低更为明显。动物实验显示,联合用药后普伐他汀血浆药物浓度无显著变化,而肝脏组织中的浓度升高。结论 二甲双胍通过增加普伐他汀肝脏浓度显著降低TC和LDL-C水平。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of the co-administration of metformin and pravastatin on blood glucose and blood lipid and their interaction mechanism.METHODS Cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus and/or hyperlipidemia were collected from our hospital during Jan.2020-Dec.2022 and data of blood glucose and blood lipid were analyzed after drugs administration,and the interaction mechanism of metformin and pravastation were evaluated in rats.RESULTS Pravastatin did not impact on the hypoglycemic effect of metformin.However,after combined use of metformin can significantly decrease the levels of TC and LDL-C.Animal experiments show that,after co-administration of metformin and pravastatin,there was no significant change in the plasma concentration of pravastatin,while the concentration of pravastatin in liver tissue significantly increased.CONCLUSION After co-administration of metformin and pravastatin,the decrease in TC and LDL-C levels may be related to the increased concentration of pravastatin in liver tissue after combined use of metformin.
