摘　　要：目的探讨医院药学部开展合理用药科普的实践模式。方法介绍某医院在传统药学服务的基础上利用微信公众平台、短视频平台等开展用药宣教、咨询的实践方法、内容及效果。结果2023年举办线下科普讲座共11场,辐射医院周边6个社区,惠及700余人,微信公众号共推送原创科普146篇,积累稳定用户2700余人,总阅读人数11万余人,阅读次数15万余次。短视频平台更新70余条科普短视频,累计播放量超过15万,关注用户1800余人。关于说明书内容解读的视频科普目前正逐步推出。结论基于新媒体平台开展多模式的用药科普实践,有助于形成特色的药学服务体系,提高公众的合理用药水平。OBJECTIVE To discuss practice pattern of promoting rational drug use in pharmacy department.METHODS This paper introduces the practical methods,content and effects of medication education and consultation carried out using WeChat public platform and short video platform on the basis of traditional pharmaceutical services.RESULTS A total of 11 offline science popularization lectures were held in 2023,which reached 6 communities around the hospital,benefiting more than 700 people.146 original popular science popularization articles were pushed by WeChat public platform,with a total number of 2700 stable users,more than 110,000 readers and 150,000 times.More than 70 short videos about use of medicine were published,with a cumulative playback volume of more than 150,000,and over 1800 users following the videos.Video science popularization about the interpretation of the manual content is gradually being launched.CONCLUSION The multi-modal practice of popularization of pharmacy knowledge is carried out based on new media platforms,by which the characteristic pharmacist service system is formed and public′s level of rational drug use is improved.
