摘　　要：目的建立益气复脉(冻干)药物利用评估(DUE)标准,为临床合理应用该药提供参考。方法以益气复脉说明书为基础,参考相关指南和专家共识,通过专家咨询法,建立该药的DUE标准。根据该标准,结合回顾分析法,对我院2023年1月至12月使用该药的住院病例进行合理性评价。结果建立的DUE标准分为三级,包括一级指标3项,二级指标12项、三级指标26项。共纳入病例154例,其中不合理用药113例(73.38%),集中在用法用量错误(62.99%)、适应症不适宜(68.18%)和重复用药(0.53%)。结论建立的益气复脉DUE标准科学、实用、可行,评估结果系统直观,可以为临床合理用药及处方点评提供参考依据。OBJECTIVE To establish a standard for drug utilization evaluation(DUE)for YiQi FuMai(freeze-dried)to provide reference for the clinical and rational application of the drug.METHODS Based on the instruction manual of YiQi FuMu,refer to the relevant guidelines and expert consensus,and establish the DUE standard of the drug through expert consultation.According to this standard,combined with the retrospective analysis method,the rationality of the hospitalized cases using this drug in our hospital from January to December 2023 was evaluated.RESULTS The established DUE standards were divided into three levels,including 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 26 third-level indicators.A total of 154 cases were included,of which 113 cases(73.38%)were used unreasonably,focusing on incorrect dosage(62.99%),inappropriate indications(68.18%)and repeated medication(0.53%).CONCLUSION The established DUE standard is scientific,practical and feasible,and the evaluation results are systematic and intuitive,which can provide a reference basis for clinical rational drug use and prescription comments.
