摘 要:目的探讨PDCA循环在医院药品临时采购工作中的应用效果。方法干预前组实施传统管理模式,第1轮和第2轮干预组实施PDCA循环管理模式,比较PDCA循环干预前后医院药品临时采购申请情况。结果经过2轮PDCA循环干预后,我院药品临时采购非必要申请的最高拦截率达23.26%;抗肿瘤药申购次数降幅达68.42%;申请临时采购的科室总数降幅达50.00%;召开药事会先后引进替雷利珠单抗注射液等10种药品。结论PDCA循环管理可规范医院药品临时采购工作的审批流程,有效拦截非必要的临购申请,保障临时采购药品的必要性和合理性。OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in temporary drug purchase in hospital.METHODS The traditional management mode was implemented in the pre-intervention group,and the PDCA circulation management mode was implemented in the first and second intervention groups.The application situation of temporary drug purchase in our hospital before and after PDCA circulation intervention was compared.RESULTS After two rounds of PDCA cycle intervention,the highest interception rate of unnecessary applications for temporary drug procurement in our hospital reached 23.26%.The number of anti-tumor drug purchases decreased by 68.42%;The total number of departments applying for temporary procurement decreased by 50.00%;Held a pharmaceutical meeting and successively introduced 10 drugs such as tirellizumab injection.CONCLUSION PDCA cycle management can standardize the approval process of temporary drug purchase in hospital,effectively intercept irrational drug use temporary drug purchase applications,and ensure the necessity and rationality of temporary drug purchase.
