摘 要:目的 探索集成式药房的清单化管理模式,及对于药房质量管理的影响。方法 2023年8月,依据相关法规文件要求结合三级医院评审标准(2022版),梳理制定集成式药房的工作清单,进行运行修订;设定质控指标,采用回顾分析法和调查问卷法比较研究执行工作清单前后药房工作质量管理情况。结果 完成管理工作清单制定,共有5项;实施清单化管理前后比较,集成式药房的温湿度监测规范率、质控自查完成率、效期检查规范率、临床科室满意度等均得到提高。结论 清单化管理有助于集成式药房的管理,持续改进质控指标,提高质量管理水平。OBJECTIVE To explore the checklist management model of integrated pharmacy and its impact on pharmacy quality management.METHODS In August 2023,according to the requirements of relevant regulations and documents and the accreditation standards for tertiary hospitals(version 2022),the work list of the integrated pharmacy was sorted out and revised;quality control indicators were set,and retrospective analysis and questionnaire methods were used to compare the quality management of the pharmacy before and after the implementation of the work list.RESULTS The development of the work list of management was completed,and there were 5 items in total;comparing before and after the implementation of the list-based management,the standardized rate of temperature and humidity monitoring,the validity check,and the satisfaction of the clinical departments of the integrated pharmacy were all improved.CONCLUSION Inventory-based management helps integrated pharmacy management,continuously improves quality control indicators,and improves quality management level.
