摘　　要：总结袁金声教授以中医经典理论辨治心悸的临证经验。心悸是以心中悸动、惊惕不安,甚则不能自主为主症的疾病。袁老认为本病的基本病机是“本虚标实”,“本虚”为气血阴阳亏虚,“标实”为痰、瘀、水湿、气滞夹杂其中,辨证论治主张抓主证,炙甘草汤契合心悸的核心病机,是一副气血阴阳双补的良剂,故袁老临证治疗心悸常以炙甘草汤为基础方再加以辨证论治。To summarize Professor Yuan Jinsheng's clinical experience in treating palpitations based on the theories of traditional Chinese medicine.Palpitations are characterized by a sensation of heart throbbing,fearfulness,and restlessness,which can be severe enough to cause loss of self-control.Professor Yuan believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of this disease is"deficiency in the root and excess in the branches,"where"deficiency in the root"refers to deficiencies in qi,blood,yin,and yang,and"excess in the branches"involves phlegm,blood stasis,dampness,and qi stagnation.In terms of syndrome differentiation and treatment,he advocates focusing on the main symptoms.The Zhi Gancao Decoction is well-suited to the core pathogenesis of palpitations,as it is an excellent formula that tonifies both qi and blood,as well as yin and yang.Therefore,Professor Yuan often uses the Zhi Gancao Decoction as the base formula in his clinical treatment of palpitations,adjusting it according to syndrome differentiation.
