摘　　要：上尿路结石是泌尿外科常见疾病,随着外科手术微创理念的普及,使用输尿管软镜进行手术越来越备受关注。近年来,一次性电子输尿管软镜、末端可弯负压吸引鞘、智能控压、机器人辅助系统等新兴设备的出现,显著提高了软镜治疗上尿路结石的清石效果。然而,如何更好的利用新型设备提高输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石的疗效,必须对其特点和性能深入了解。对此,本文将各类新型软镜设备的特征和适用情况进行综述,促进软镜在临床中的进一步推广和应用。Upper urinary tract stones are a prevalent condition in urology.With the growing acceptance of minimally invasive surgical techniques,the use of ureteroscopes in surgery has attracted increasing attention.In recent years,the advent of new equipment,including disposable electronic ureteroscopes,flexible terminal suction ureteral access sheaths,and robotic assistance systems,has significantly improved the stone clearance rate of ureteroscope treatment for upper urinary tract stones.However,to optimize the use of these new devices to enhance the therapeutic effect of ureteroscope lithotripsy on upper urinary tract calculi,it is essential to have a profound understanding of their characteristics and performance.In this regard,this paper reviews the characteristics and applicable situations of various new-type flexible ureteroscope devices,so as to promote the further popularization and application of flexible ureteroscope in clinical practice.
