摘　　要：城市体育创业嵌入在独特的创业生态系统中,其中各要素如何驱动城市体育创业活跃度是学术界尚未厘清的问题。基于创业生态系统理论,整合市场规模、人力资本、金融资本、交通设施、政府政策多层面要素,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),以26个体育消费试点城市的相关数据作为样本,探究驱动城市体育创业活跃度的复杂因果机制。单个创业生态系统要素不构成提升或抑制城市体育创业活跃度的必要条件,因而需要根据创业生态系统视角,进一步分析多方面因素的协同影响;城市体育创业活跃度的提升路径有2条:需求型政策引导下的资金驱动型与供给型政策引导下的人力驱动型;城市体育创业活跃度的抑制路径亦有2条:政策—市场抑制型与市场—资金抑制型,且与提升城市体育创业活跃度的组态路径存在因果非对称性。Urban sports entrepreneurship is embedded in a unique entrepreneurial ecosystem.How to drive the activity of urban sports entrepreneurship has not clarified by the academic circle.Therefore,based on the entrepreneurial ecosystem theory,this study integrated multiple factors such as market size,human capital,financial capital,transportation facilities and government policies,and applied the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA)to explore the complex causal-effect mechanism driving the activity of urban sports entrepreneurship by taking the relevant data of 26 pilot cities of sports consumption as samples.Individual entrepreneurial ecosystem elements do not constitute the necessary conditions for promoting or inhibiting the entrepreneurial activity of urban sports.Therefore,it is necessary to further analyze the synergistic influence of various factors from the perspective of entrepreneurial ecosystem.There are two ways to improve the activity of urban sports entrepreneurship:capital-driven under the guidance of demand-oriented policies and humandriven under the guidance of supply-oriented policies.There are also two ways to inhibit the activity of urban sports entrepreneurship:policy-market inhibition and market-fund inhibition,and there is causal-effect asymmetry with the configuration path of enhancing the activity of urban sports entrepreneurship.
