摘　　要：大型体育赛事是新时代健康中国建设的关键要素,也是推动我国体育事业发展的重要引擎。近年来,我国已成功举办北京冬奥会、杭州亚运会等多项具有深远影响的洲际及以上级别综合性运动会,在此背景下,如何建立并完善一套科学有效的志愿者管理机制,以保障赛事顺利进行并激发志愿者的长期参与热情,成为体育管理领域亟待解决的重要课题。体育赛事志愿者自我决定动机中的外部动机与持续参与意向的关系受满意度和自我效能感的影响,存在有调节的中介作用。体育赛事志愿者持续参与意向受内摄调节、认同调节和满意度直接正向影响;满意度在内摄调节和认同调节对持续参与意向的路径中具有中介作用;自我效能感在成立的中介效应路径中发挥调节作用,即体育赛事志愿者的自我效能感越高,内摄调节和认同调节对满意度的预测作用越弱。建议对体育赛事志愿者自我效能感水平进行辨析,根据不同类别采取恰当的管理策略;探寻满意度中介作用的发挥效果及其边界条件,以促进志愿动机内化和持续参与意向生成。Large-scale sports events are a key element of the Healthy China initiative in the new era,and serve as a crucial engine for promoting the development of China's sports industry.In recent years,China has successfully hosted numerous influential multi-sport events at the continental level and above,including the Beijing Winter Olympics and the Hangzhou Asian Games.Against this backdrop,the establishment and refinement of a scientific and effective volunteer management mechanism to ensure the smooth operation of these events and to stimulate the long-term participation enthusiasm of volunteers have become an urgent issue in the field of sports management.This study investigates the relationship between the extrinsic motivation within the self-determination motivation of sports events volunteers and their intention for continued participation,revealing a moderated mediation effect influenced by satisfaction and self-efficacy.Specifically,these effects manifest as follows:the intention of sports events volunteers to continue their participation is directly and positively influenced by introjected regulation,identified regulation,and satisfaction;satisfaction serves as a mediator in the pathways from introjected and identified regulation to continuous participation intention;and self-efficacy plays a moderating role within the established mediation effect,meaning that the higher the sports events volunteers'self-efficacy,the weaker the predictive power of introjected and identified regulation on satisfaction.Based on these findings,this study suggests that the self-efficacy levels of sports events volunteers should be assessed and appropriate management strategies should be adopted based on different categories.It also emphasizes exploring the effectiveness and boundary conditions of the mediating role of satisfaction,so as to promote the internalization of volunteer motivation and the generation of continued participation intentions.
