农民主体性视域下乡村体育赛事发展的逻辑探讨与矛盾纾解

摘　　要：坚持农民主体地位,尊重农民首创精神,是实现乡村体育赛事高质量发展与推进乡村全面振兴的根本所在。以贵州“村超”为案例,运用文献资料、田野调查等方法,探讨农民主体性视域下乡村体育赛事发展的逻辑、困境与纾解之策。研究表明,遵循农民“主动性激活、自主性延伸、受动性转化、创造性萌生”的办赛逻辑,能推动乡村体育赛事在人本性、持续性、传承性与本土性四个维度上实现高质量发展。当前,我国乡村体育赛事仍面临一定发展困境。未来应坚持以农民为中心的办赛逻辑,严防政绩动员影响下的盲目办赛;注重满足农民精神与物质需求,推动乡村赛事经济与社会效益双收;尊重农民主体地位与首创精神,积极引入政府与社会力量创新办赛;延续农民体育热情与运动基因,聚焦体旅深度融合与青训体系建设。Adhering to the farmers'subjective position and respecting the farmers'spirit of initiative are fundamental to achieving the high-quality development of rural sports events and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.Taking Guizhou's“Village Super”as a typical case,the study utilizes literature,field research and other methods to explore the logic,dilemmas and solutions to the development of rural sports events under the perspective of farmers'subjectivity.The study showed that following the farmers'logic o“f activation of initiative,extension of autonomy,transformation of motivation,and emergence of creativity”in organizing the event can promote rural sports events to achieve high-quality development in the four dimensions of human nature,continuity,inheritance and localization.At present,China's rural sports events are still facing different development difficulties.In the future,we should adhere to the farmer-centered tournament logic and prevent blindly following the tournament format under the influence of political mobilization;focus on meeting the spiritual and material needs of farmers and promote the economic and social benefits of rural events;respect the farmers'main body status and the spirit of creativity,and actively introduce innovative tournaments by the government and the social forces;and continue the farmers'enthusiasm for sports and sports genes,and focus on the in-depth integration of the sports and tourism,and the construction of the youth training system.
