产业融合视域下日本IT技术助力体育产业跨界融合的经验与启示

摘　　要：推进体育产业跨界融合既是促进体育消费和实现体育资源有效供给的重要途径,也是体育产业深化改革和高质量发展的关键举措。日本将IT技术有效应用于体育产业的跨界融合,为体育产业多元发展注入了新活力。采用文献资料、案例分析等方法,对日本IT技术助力体育产业跨界融合的重点领域和代表性案例进行解析,总结其主要经验,进一步探讨其经验对我国体育产业融合发展的启示。加强政策引导、推动技术创新、推进人才战略、强化行业协同、打造示范项目等是日本IT技术助力体育产业跨界融合的主要经验。加强政策引导和法律保障、推动技术创新和应用升级、重视人才培养和跨界引才、深化行业交流和部门协同、注重试点示范和项目带动等是日本IT技术助力体育产业跨界融合对我国的启示。The integrated development of sports industry is not only one of the important ways to promote sports consumption and realize effective supply,but also the key measure to deepen the reform and high-quality development of sports industry.Japan has effectively applied IT to the cross-border integration of the sports industry,which has injected new vitality into the diversified development of its sports industry.Using literature,case analysis and other research methods,this paper analyzed the key areas and representative cases of IT in Japan's cross-border integration of the sports industry,summarized Japan's main experience,and further explored its inspiration for the development of China's sports industry integration.That strengthening policy guidance,promoting technological innovation,promoting talent strategy,strengthening industry collaboration,and creating demonstration projects are the main experiences of Japan's IT in promoting cross-border integration of the sports industry.Strengthening policy guidance and legal protection,promoting technological innovation and application upgrading,emphasizing talent cultivation and cross-border talent introduction,strengthening industry exchanges and departmental collaboration,and emphasizing pilot demonstrations and project driving are the inspirations of Japan's IT assistance in cross-border integration of the sports industry for China.
