雷火灸联合推拿对慢性腰腿痛患者腰屈曲活动度及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨雷火灸联合推拿在慢性腰腿痛中的治疗效果。方法:将90例慢性腰腿痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组予塞来昔布治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予雷火灸联合推拿治疗,疗程均为2周。比较2组临床疗效、疼痛程度、腰椎功能、腰屈曲活动度(腰屈曲范围、腰椎曲度)、生活质量及安全性。结果:总有效率治疗组为91.11%(41/45),高于对照组的73.33%(33/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),日本骨科协会下腰痛(JOA)量表评分、腰屈曲范围、腰椎曲度、生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:雷火灸联合推拿手法能够缓解慢性腰腿痛患者临床症状,提高腰屈曲活动度,改善生活质量,且安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with massage in chronic low back and leg pain.Methods:A total of 90 patients with chronic low back and leg pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 45 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given celecoxib,while those in the treatment group were given thunder-fire moxibustion combined with massage in addition to the treatment in the control group,and the course of treatment was 2 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome,pain degree,lumbar vertebra function,lumbar flexion motion(range of lumbar flexion and lumbar vertebra curvature),quality of life,and safety.Results:The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group[91.11%(41/45)vs 73.33%(33/45),P<0.05].Compared with the control group after treatment,the treatment group had a significantly lower VAS score(P<0.05)and significant higher Japanese Orthopaedic Association score and scores of range of lumbar flexion,lumbar vertebra curvature,and quality of life(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reaction was observed in either group.Conclusion:In patients with chronic low back and leg pain,thunder-fire moxibustion combined with massage can alleviate clinical symptoms,increase the range of lumbar flexion,and improve quality of life,with a favorable safety profile.
