摘  要:五盅盘是流行于南朝到隋唐时期的一种饮食器,主要出土于江西和福建地区的墓葬中。本文通过对五盅盘的类型学分析,提出五盅盘既有实用器也有专门的明器,并对五盅盘的功能做出探讨。五盅盘是洪州窑极具特色的器物,其流行与衰落和洪州窑的兴衰关系密切。The wu-zhong pan (five-bowl plate) was a type of dinnerware that was popular during the time from the Southern Dynasties to the Sui and Tang Dynasties.They have been mostly excavated from tombs discovered in Jiangxi and Fujian.This article presents a typological analysis of five-bowl plates,suggests that some were used for practical purposes and some were specialised funerary objects,and explores the functions of the five-bowl plates.The rise and fall of five-bowl plates,which are distinctive artifacts fired in the Hongzhou kilns,are closely related to the ups and downs of the Hongzhou kilns themselves.
