国外智慧养老产业的发展现状及对中国的启示

摘　　要：随着全球人口老龄化的加剧,各国积极探索智慧养老产业发展以应对日益严峻的养老挑战。本文从智慧养老政策、智慧养老特色模式、智慧养老产业链三个方面对国外智慧养老产业发展现状进行了梳理,并对其发展成功经验进行了总结提炼。各国政府通过专项资金投入和补贴机制激发了市场竞争活力,注重智慧养老专业人才培育和多主体协同参与,产业链各环节企业不断创新发展,并通过产业链整合实现了资源的有效对接。借鉴国外智慧养老产业发展经验并结合我国现状,本文从政府资金支持、技术创新与融合应用、专业人才培养与引进、智慧养老共享平台建设与产业链协同、智慧养老理念宣传与产品服务普及五个方面提出建议,以期推动我国智慧养老产业的高质量发展。With the aggravation of global population aging,countries are actively exploring the smart senior care industry to cope with the increasingly severe challenges of the elderly care.This paper comprehensively sorts the development status of foreign smart senior care industry from the following three aspects:smart senior care policy,characteristic smart senior care modes,and smart senior care industry chain,then summarize and refi ne the successful experience.The governments of several countries have stimulated the vigor of market competition through special capital investment and subsidy mechanisms.Besides,they have emphasized the cultivation of smart senior care professionals and the collaborative participation of multiple subjects.Moreover,the enterprises in each link of the industrial chain have continued to innovate and develop,and have realized the eff ective docking of resources through the integration of the industrial chain.Drawing on foreign experience in the development of the smart senior care industry and combining with the current situation in China,this paper puts forward suggestions in order to promote the high-quality development of China's smart senior care industry in the following fi ve areas:government fi nancial support,technological innovation and application,professional training and introduction of talents,smart senior care sharing platform construction and industry chain synergy,concept publicity and popularization of products and services.
