摘　　要：目的探究实施雷珠单抗结合眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变中各项指标恢复时间的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2023年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院收治的90例糖尿病视网膜病变患者,按照治疗方式的不同将患者分为观察组(45例,实施雷珠单抗联合眼底激光治疗)与对照组(45例,实施眼底激光治疗)。比较两组血糖指标、眼底出血消失时间、渗出消失时间及视网膜水肿消失时间、黄斑区视网膜厚度、并发症发生率。结果治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平较治疗前低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);但两组间血糖指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,观察组眼底出血消失时间、渗出消失时间、视网膜水肿消失时间较对照组短,观察组黄斑区视网膜厚度较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷珠单抗联合眼底激光治疗对糖尿病视网膜病变患者效果明显,有助于促进患者视力的改善,减少并发症的发生,提升患者的整体生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of ranibizumab combined with fundus laser on the recovery time of various indicators in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the 910th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistic Support Force from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group(45 cases,treated with ranibizumab combined with fundus laser)and control group(45 cases,treated with fundus laser).The blood glucose indexes,fundus hemorrhage disappearing time,exudation disappearing time,retinal edema disappearing time,macular retinal thickness and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences of the blood glucose indexes were compared between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of fundus hemorrhage,exudation and retinal edema in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the macular retinal thickness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ranibizumab combined with fundus laser therapy has a significant effect on patients with diabetic retinopathy,which can help to promote the improvement of vision,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the overall quality of life of patients.
