二甲双胍联合低强度有氧康复运动对2型糖尿病合并结直肠恶性肿瘤患者血糖水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病合并结直肠恶性肿瘤患者口服二甲双胍联合低强度有氧康复运动的效果。方法选取2022年2月—2024年2月联勤保障部队第910医院收治的2型糖尿病合并结直肠恶性肿瘤患者102例,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(51例)、观察组(51例)。对照组予以常规药物及康复干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以二甲双胍联合低强度康复有氧运动。比较两组血糖指标、胰岛素用量、切口愈合情况及肿瘤标志物水平。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组胰岛素用量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组切口愈合等级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组糖类抗原199、癌胚抗原、癌抗原125水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合低强度有氧康复运动对2型糖尿病合并结直肠恶性肿瘤患者效果显著,可改善血糖指标,并延缓疾病发展。Objective To analyze the effect of oral metformin combined with low-intensity aerobic rehabilitation exercise in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 102 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with colorectal cancer admitted to the 910th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into control group(51 cases)and observation group(51 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given routine drugs and rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was given metformin combined with low-intensity rehabilitation aerobic exercise on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose indexes,insulin dosage,incision healing and tumor marker levels were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the insulin dosage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the level of incision healing between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of carbohydrate antigen 199,carcinoembryonic antigen and cancer antigen 125 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with low-intensity aerobic rehabilitation exercise has a significant effect on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with colorectal cancer,which can improve blood glucose indicators and delay the development of the disease.
