摘 要:目的探究血浆空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、尿微量白蛋白(urinary microalbumin,UAlb)与糖尿病足(diabetic foot,DF)病情严重程度的关系。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2024年4月云南省第一人民医院新昆华医院收治的55例DF患者的临床资料,为DF组,选取同期于本院治疗的55例2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者的临床资料,为T2DM组。检测所有患者的FPG、HbA1c、Hcy、UAlb水平,对比两组血清FPG、HbA1c、Hcy、UAlb水平,分析FPG、HbA1c、Hcy、UAlb水平与DF严重程度的相关性。结果DF组FPG、HbA1c、Hcy、UAlb水平均高于T2DM组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。不同DF严重程度患者的FPG、HbA1c、Hcy、UAlb水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。FPG、HbA1c、Hcy、UAlb水平与DF严重程度呈正相关(r=0.689、0.785、0.654、0.557,P均<0.001)。结论DF患者FPG、HbA1c、Hcy、UAlb表达水平较高,各指标水平与病情严重程度呈正相关。Objective To explore the relationship between fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),homocysteine(Hcy),urinary microalbumin(UAlb)and the severity of diabetic foot(DF).Methods The clinical data of 55 patients with DF admitted to First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province New Kun Hua Hospital from January 2022 to April 2024 were retrospectively selected as DF group,and the clinical data of 55 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as T2DM group.The levels of FPG,HbA1c,Hcy and UAlb were detected in all patients.The levels of FPG,HbA1c,Hcy and UAlb were compared between the two groups.The correlation between FPG,HbA1c,Hcy,UAlb levels and the severity of DF was analyzed.Results The levels of FPG,HbA1c,Hcy and UAlb in DF group were higher than those in T2DM group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of FPG,HbA1c,Hcy and UAlb in patients with different severity of DF were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of FPG,HbA1c,Hcy and UAlb were positively correlated with the severity of DF(r=0.689,0.785,0.654,0.557,all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of FPG,HbA1c,Hcy and UAlb in DF patients are higher,and the levels of each indexes are positively correlated with the severity of the disease.
