摘 要:目的探究糖尿病诊断中联合检验空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白的实施意义。方法选取2023年6月—2024年6月厦门市第三医院收治的48例疑似糖尿病患者为研究对象。所以患者均检验空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平,以糖耐量试验结果为金标准。比较不同检验方法对糖尿病的诊断效能。结果糖耐量试验结果显示,48例疑似糖尿病患者中阳性28例,阴性20例。联合检验的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于单一空腹血糖检验、单一餐后2 h血糖检验、单一糖化血红蛋白检验,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床对于疑似糖尿病患者可采取空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白联合检验以提高糖尿病诊断的准确度,相比单一检验具有更高的诊断效能。Objective To explore the significance of combined test of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 48 patients with suspected diabetes admitted to the Xiamen Third Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were tested for fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c levels,and the results of glucose tolerance test were used as the gold standard.The diagnostic efficacy of different test methods for diabetes was compared.Results The results of glucose tolerance test showed that 28 cases were positive and 20 cases were negative in 48 patients with suspected diabetes.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined test were higher than those of single fasting plasma glucose test,single 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose test and single glycated hemoglobin A1c test,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined test of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c can be used to improve the accuracy of diabetes diagnosis in patients with suspected diabetes,which has higher diagnostic efficiency than single test.
